We could not have asked for more. Charles was always available when we needed him for a house showing. That was extremely helpful since the house market was selling fast. He was knowledgeable about home materials and would advise if something was not well built. Charles was very patient and we never felt rushed at all. We were first time home sellers, and Charles made the process extremely easy. He walked us through each step, and sent regular reminders throughout the entire process. We sold our house in 22 hours and for over asking price! Any questions we had were answered extremely quickly, even on weekends or late in the evening. This was a great, painless process, and we highly recommend Charles!
